Weight lifting, I used to do yoga, but then I took an arrow in the knee stopped for a while and now I can't do all the stuff I used to.

Though stealth lacks the epic part of explosions, I will go with stealth.

Bullets. Blades my have no ammo, but they still can break easily. Also they don't have too much in the way of range.
