BIO: Nekra is a bird who likes to take life to his own beat. From a first glance at the curvy avian it'd be easy to assume a tom-boy. Generally light hearted and friendly, with a dry wit more shown to people who are more familiar. Nekra likes to get out and about, and see things whilst it's new. Sometimes quick to anger on certain topics, a coating of venom sometimes coats the bird's words. Most who have got to know Nekra know most of the bird's charm lies with the way it has an air of confidence about it, regardless of the fact it's a little dull on the mind. Very much "A for effort, C for result" kind of avian!
RELATIONSHIPS: None yet!
OTHER: Nekra is a little sensitive about his gender. Comfortably flows with being called "he" or "her" though looks wise is a curvy girl.

*blushes and stares out of the corner of her eye* H-hi... *tail poofs*

Zane wore his usual nervous smile as he fidgeted with his tail which was conveniently brought up in front of him, "Hey there, w-welcome to Squarehearts."

*The avian looks around at the other with a slight hint of surprise, nodding a couple of times.*

I got a full welcome party! Not too expectant of that... You seem a little nervous... *The avian looks at the two more obviously timid folks.* Not see many of my type around here? *Nekra catches what he says and tries to amend it.* Avian, I mean...

*blushes more and tries to hide behind Zane* o-oh, um, n-no I g-guess not...

"Hehe, nope, I think you're probably the only Avian here, which is kinda cool, because I've never met one before, by the way, nice to meet you, I'm Ozzy."
I hold out my hand gesturing, a grin on my face.

*moves her hand in a gesture that, if she was any less shy would be her reaching to touch Nekra's feathers and drawing back* I-i've n-never met an a-avian...

*The avian takes the hand and shakes it with a soft-touch grip.* Nekra... Nice to see you too!

*With a slight tilt on the bird's head, Nekra looks to the hiding girl.* You can touch a little, hun... I'm used to the interest in seeing someone like me... I don't mind at all! *Should you touch a few feathers they are soft, but firm. They are a little bit downy but hold their position well.*

As Naomi hid behind Zane he thought it was ironic since she usually hid behind Lex. Zane smiled nervously and extended a hand out to Nekra to introduce himself, "My name is Zane, it's nice to meet you". After introducing himself he caught the scent of Nekra and found it to be a bit off from what he expected though he paid it no mind.

*Happy enough to shake the next hand that gets extended toward the avian, it shakes it. A notable scent to those with a sensitivity to it, pick up cherry. More than likely a strong scented shampoo for feathers.*

Zane smiled nervously and nodded, "Nice to meet you Nekra" he replied with another nod of his head and a slight flick of his tail.

Sooo... What d'yall do for entertainment about here? I'm needing to shake a tailfeather and get myself relaxed from a long move...

*Nekra places his hands on his hips and tilts both ears upright, cocking it's head to the side.*

Zane laughed to himself at Nekra's spunk for lack of a better word. He smiled faintly and put his hands in his pocket, "I'm pretty new here myself but you could always go out drinking if you are a drinker that is" he replied with a nod.

Drinker, not so much, but I'm always keen on dancing... I don't mind a few drinks, but I don't go full on for it...

*Nekra pauses for a second looking off in thought.*

Right... That's what we're doing. I'm finding somewhere to dance with a good beat... Who's all game to come with?

Zane smiled nervously as he fidgeted with his tail a bit, "I'm not much of a dancer but I'll come to keep ya company and h-have a few drinks" he replied with a quick nod. Zane wanted to be friendly like his friends had been when they first met.

I shift uncomfortably on the spot for a while, before replying, "Yeah.. me neither.. I'm terrible at dancing, but I love the beats! Unfortunately, I have no clue where to find them, they're bound to be in a club somewhere nearby."

*blushes and moves a little away from Zane and nearer Nekra* O-oh, my, I k-know a p-plcce to g-go d-dancing *soft almost inaudible voice* L-let me g-get L-lex *blushes again and moves to touch to avian before catching herself and looking around for Lex*

Yeah! There we go then! Let's find us a nice club and boogie it! Who else wants to join?

*Nekra turns and makes the first step off, with a little sway to steps*

*blushes again* G-gosh, I-i've n-never m-met a g-girl as enthusiastic about d-dancing as y-you.. *falls into step behind Nekra*

Zane silently followed in step behind Naomi. He had to walk slow though because one of his strides was a number of steps for someone else besides Ozzy that is.

*The little avian reaches back, an arm extended toward Naomi in an offer to link up, waiting and looking for what Naomi might be looking for.*

So what type of club do ya know? I'm a really big fan of getting to dance, but I'm never a good dancer... I just like to do it! Lets you feel a bot more free, ya know?

*blushes again and takes the offered arm* O-oh, it's j-just this p-place I k-know... *bites lip and poofs tail* Um, it's, um... D-down the s-street...

Good times! *The wide smile over Nekra's face tells it's own tale. Should be good to get out with some new faces and just chill out! The avian waits patiently for the rest to catch up before heading on.*

"I'll come, I'm addicted to glowing lights.. and I'm not too bad a DJ either," I hold up my claws, "I'm great at 'scratching' the disks."
I laugh a little, before adding,
"If I start staring at some of the lights a little too long.. and possible drooling, please distract me with someting, those things are a lil'.. ahem.. hypnotic.."
I scrape my claws together awkwardly, my tail writhing.
